抜水の作品は漫画的に描かれた女の子や不穏なモンスター、天使、骸骨や雲、眉を顰める赤ちゃん人形など不条理な夢のような存在が作品の中に存在してます。
時間や場所を飛び越えて、多次元に介在しているかのようにコラージュ的にモチーフを重ねることで無限に存在する人々やキャラクター全てを主人公として肯定する思いで作られた世界は不安でヘビーな現実世界を“悪い夢”としてネガティブからポジティブに変換するように絵の中に封じ込めることで自分たちが直面する複雑で歪な世界からのエスケープできる術を示しています。
